Intuitive Body Meditation
This meditation is a tool that supports making decisions from intuitive knowing in the body.
It takes you out of the thinking mind and into the feeling body, allowing an answer to arise without efforting.
Find 2 objects- crystals, stones, acorns, etc…things that you have neither preference or aversion to.
Begin the practice with a minimum of 5 minutes in meditation, to ground and relax the busy mind.
Bring to mind the question you are working with & create two affirmative statements/visions for the directions you can take. (make sure to work in the positive to attract this vibration of energy)
once you feel settled, take one of the objects in your hands. Bring to mind one of the paths you have created.
With strength & conviction, blow the intention of this path being ‘the way’ THREE TIMES into the object.
Put the first object down, and repeat this process with the second object/direction to take.
Now, empty your mind & pick up one of the objects. Allow yourself to feel your body- listen & witness without judgement.
Do you feel tightness? do you feel tingling & alivesness? is there a relaxed energy or is it frantic & anxious? Where are you feeling these sensations the strongest?
Put the first object down & repeat this process with the second object.
Through the sensations and quality of experience felt between the two objects, the path your body wishes you to take will be clear.
